Vintage inn is an intimate French country style inn that blends the 19th century romance with simple wine country elegance. The Inn features 80 spacious guestrooms arranged in two story building clusters with the main guest reception as an immediate tone for escape. Spacious and airy, all guest rooms feature a private patio or balcony. Guestroom appointments include oversized sunken whirlpool bathtubs framed in rich French woods, ceramic wall and floor tiling, large fireplaces, robes, a complimentary bottle of wine and in room. A daily champagne breakfast buffet and afternoon tea or coffee, cookies are included with every guest stay. Our balcony overlooked the vineyards at Domaine Chandon... out of this world. After a swim, we rented bicycles at the Inn and took a picnic lunch to a nearby winery. I melted into the massage table at the Spa at Villagio. Of course, that was after nine holes of golf, shopping, and wine tasting, perhaps a game of tennis tomorrow. Now I know there's no such thing as "too romantic." All the chefs we'd been reading about in the top food and wine magazines are right here, just steps away from the Inn. We walked to a different restaurant every night.
