After playing the roll of Davy Crockett in the mid 1950?s and 1960?s, Fess Parker decided to follow his passion for hospitality. After researching the potential for premium grape growing in the Santa Barbara County, in 1989 Fess and his son Eli set out to plant a small vineyard to sell fruit to local wine makers.

Today the Fess Parker Winery and Vineyard now has almost 700 acres across the Santa Barbara County. They produce Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Viognier, and Syrah.
