Since 1983 L’Ecole No. 41 has been producing premium handcrafted wines. Located in the Walla Walla Valley, the winery is in the historic Frenchtown School in Lowden, Washington. This family owned and operated winery was founded by Jean and Baker Ferguson, and today is run by their daughter and son in-law Megan, and Martin Clubb.
L’Ecole No. 41, meaning “the school” in French located in the school district 41, has a reputation for producing exceptional wines that are full-bodied and full of flavor. This success comes from their philosophy of hands-on traditional winemaking.
Today L’Ecole No. 41 winery produces approximately 30,000 cases annually. A few of their most common varietals are Simillon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
